Manchu-Wok is the go-to place for fast fresh Asian food with 130 locations in North America and overseas. They had a unique challenge in that some of their programs are location-specific which required smaller-runs of signage and print materials that would result in increased production costs. Having worked with KickStart in the past, the Senior Marketing Director knew we were the ones to call in order to help find savings. Through in-depth analysis of their process, we were able to determine that by handling the design, production and distribution in one location we could reduce costs significantly and still maintain a high level of quality as well as shorten turn-around times.
